The Duty Holder must ensure that the following records are kept:Relevant Statutes:
A continuously updated offshore record containing the full name of everyone on board the installation, including visitors (including for example inspectors) and the name and address of his employer. The record needs to be amended whenever anyone arrives or departs from an offshore installation.,
A more detailed onshore record containing the details kept on the offshore record plus nationality/date of birth/address of usual residence/name, address and relationship of next of kin. This record must be kept up to date by regular faxing or electronic updating although it is recognised that details may not be provided immediately, particularly where there is frequent movement between associated installations,
Onshore records to be kept readily available at an address in Great Britain for 28 days after the person concerned ceases to be on or work from the installation. This applies to mobile installations and if they leave the UK continental shelf they will need to make arrangements for the records to be kept after the mobile leaves.
